Tickets purchased online do not guarantee immediate entry to PACIS VRBS -TURISMO, LDA. You should always go to the ticket office to validate your tickets for the next available visit.
Purchasing tickets online does not guarantee priority entry.
Online ticket prices cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions in force.
All prices shown include VAT at the legal rate in force.
The Electronic Ticket is personal and non-transferable, so any misuse of it is the sole responsibility of the customer.
Duplication or resale of the electronic ticket prevents free access to the activity, a fact for which PACIS VRBS -TURISMO, LDA is not responsible.
It is the customer's responsibility to always confirm the data on the Electronic Ticket and keep the ticket.
Children under 6 do not pay admission.
When necessary, proof of identification may be requested.
You can visit PACIS VRBS in a group or individually, always accompanied by one of our guides.
In order to fully enjoy your experience, online tickets must always be used up to one hour before the PACIS VRBS -TURISMO, LDA closes.

7. Cancellation, refund and no-show policy
7.1 Cancellation
If you wish to cancel or are unable to attend the scheduled visit, please contact us no later than 24 hours before the date of the ticket, requesting that the visit be rescheduled.

Cancellation and refund of payments made by credit card or MBWay
Payments made by credit card or MBWay will be refunded by the same means to the credit card holder or MBWay account holder who made the purchase.

- Name of the Credit Card Holder or name of the MBWay Account Holder who made the Purchase;
Cancellation and refund of payments made via the Multibanco system or via Payshop
Payments made via the Multibanco system or via Payshop will be refunded via bank transfer.

7.3 Refunds
No refunds will be given in the event of cancellation or no-show.
8. Law and jurisdiction
All matters not governed by these terms and conditions shall be governed by Portuguese law.
In the event of any dispute regarding the interpretation or application of these terms and conditions, the courts of the district of Porto de Mós shall have jurisdiction, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction. Although it has been translated into English and Spanish, the document in Portuguese shall prevail.
